Scottish Motor Sports kindly invited Dexter to their launch event ‘2016-2020: A new chapter for motor sport in Scotland’ on Tuesday 10th May at the Royal Highland Centre, Edinburgh. Scottish Motor Sports have managed to secure public investment through SportScotland for the development of motor sport in Scotland. Tom Purves, Scottish Motor Sports Chairman and non-executive Director of the Motor Sports Association made the public announcement alongside Sir Jackie Stewart who was in attendance to help celebrate this new milestone. Dexter was invited along with other Scottish Club members and Scottish motor sport personalities and, including MSA British Touring Car Champion Gordon Sheddon. Dexter had a fantastic day meeting many key individuals in Scottish Motor Sport and hearing about their exciting development plans for the future.
